This is a trend I wish never existed. We know this is human behavior to copy anything good that we see. But copying something in the expense of money, health, time is a complete waste of our lives. The show business demands them to have perfect body with glowing skin, hypertrophied biceps with well formed rectus abdominis muscles. When we see these perfections on TV, the desire to get something similar arises in our minds also.
